GET READY FOR THE 2018 COLLABORATIVE JOURNALISM SUMMIT

We hope you’ll join us and other journalists, media executives, technologists and entrepreneurs from around the world for the 2018 Collaborative Journalism Summit.

This year’s conference builds on the success of our 2017 summit, which focused on case studies of successful collaborative projects and featured keynote speakers representing The Panama Papers, Google News Lab and Electionland.

The 2018 Collaborative Journalism Summit is set for May 10–11 at the new School of Communication and Media building on the campus of Montclair State University in Montclair, N.J., and will feature a day-and-a-half of panels, roundtables, networking, and socializing about all things collaborative journalism. We expect to announce our roster of speakers in the coming weeks.

Space is limited to the first 180 registrants, so reserve your spot today. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, we are able to keep costs low for the conference; early-bird reservations are $35 a ticket until March 31, and $50 a ticket after that. The ticket will include appetizers and cocktails on Thursday evening and breakfast, lunch and snacks on Friday.

If you want to know what we talked about last year, click here to see a round-up from the 2017 Collaborative Journalism Summit.

If you are interested in sponsoring the conference, click here to view the sponsorship packages, or contact Stefanie Murray at [email protected] to discuss a specialized package.

In the meantime, you can also subscribe to our collaborative journalism newsletter, written by Melody Kramer, for more updates and information. And of course, we invite you to visit collaborativejournalism.org to learn more about the topic of collaborative journalism — including our database of collaborative journalism projects.

And if you have any questions, let us know: [email protected].

See you on May 10!
